There are 2 ways you can set up an auto responder campaign because Premium Web Cart gives you the option of either using the built in CRM / Auto responder or by using one of the integrated 3rd party auto responders.

I'll cover them both for you since you did not specify which is being used in your set up.

Option 1 - Built in CRM / autoresponder

In the Product Set Up, all you need to do is go under the CRM tab and there you have 3 sections: 1. Completes/ Wins Funnel, 2. Add to Funnel, 3. Tag

All you need to do is click the check box to select the funnel(s) desired and when a person buys that product, they will be added to the sales funnel(s) selected for this product.

Option 2 - 3rd party auto responder (Aweber, Mailchimp, GetResponse, iContact)
The process is the almost the same except you will go under the Product Set up Tab called "Autoresponder" and there you will select the list from the drop down menu and then this product will be associated with the AR list and the purchase will deposit the customer into that specific list.

Note: You will need to upload your list NAMES 1 time under the Email Manager section in the top menu. MailChimp does this automatically for you but Aweber requires that you manually type them in.
