I wrote my contents on a word file. I copied & paste the contents on a page of my site on WP. I want to reduce the space between lines & paragraphs. But there is no such option available in the Edit page of WP.

First - did you paste from your Word doc into Wordpress using the "Paste from Word" icon? That will strip out all the extra junk code that Word puts in.

Second - if you click the HTML tab, you can remove the extra space between paragraphs. There's no button to do it; it's a manual process to remove the extra spaces left by Word.

Write in Notepad - never in Word.

And read the answers & apply them.

1.) Never, never, never cut and paste directly from Word straight into Wordpress.

2.) Whenever you set up a new blog, head straight to your Profile > Visual Editor and check the box to disable the Visual Editor. This silly tool creates way more issues than it solves.

      ......... Just my opinion

OK.. Here is the easiest way to do it.

        1. Copy from word
        2. Paste in Notepad
        3. Copy from Notepad
        4. Paste in Wordpress page

You have to do manual styling like h1, h2, h3, color etc..

Let me know if this helps.

          That's the easiest?
          What about this:

          A) 1. Write in WP > Save/Publish

          B) 1. Write in Notepad
          2. Copy/paste
