slideshow gallery plugins for wordpress?

I want to find a simple image gallery/slideshow plugin for wordpress that uses Jquery. I see many that look like photogalleries, but I simply want a plugin that displays pictures with arrows in my posts. I had a plugin where I just added all my images to the post, then wrapped them in a shortcode so they would appear in a sweet slider. Can't find it or anything like it and I've been searching for a while. One of the best examples I've found is here... 2011 Hot 100 | Maxim Exactly like that, but without the images up top or the dynamic content for each image. Also, there are no extra pages needed to be loaded from moving one pic to the next! Help me find what I need! Thanks a ton in advance.

      Does it work for in-post galleries? It looks good, minus the auto-changing and fancy transition effects.

      I see a lot of sliders for featured posts and stuff, but I'm not looking to showcase my posts, I'm looking at putting 5-10 images inside a post and having them all be in a slider.

        Yes, you can create a slider and insert it into a post/page as it uses shortcodes. You can also turn off the transition effects.
