Hi Guys,

I was having some trouble getting the favicon.ico file to show in a particular WP theme and came across this free plugin that made it a snap, so in Warrior spirit, I'm sharing.

I am not affiliated at all, just thought it worked great.

I wouldn't use a plugin to do this. It's rather unnecessary. Just upload the favicon to your theme folder.

I design a Wordpress Theme with the option to change the Favicon. I agree with BlueLayerHost, is not necesary to install a plugin, just upload your own, and make sure that you have in the header.php something like this:

    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="<?php bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/favicon.ico" />
