I would try to find a way to integrate the typography into the logo design in some way. There is a large space gap between your graphic and your text, and using that space in some compelling way (or using the negative space in a way that reinforces your brand) would create a bit more visual coherence. I would also drop the word "service" and bump up the font size a bit for the rest of the subheading. The small text makes a bit of visual disconnection with the brand name. It might work better if you leave a little space below "U Arc" and the subheading, which would also resolve a bit of the spatial proble with the graphic. Maybe try a comp or two and see how it looks. Not rippin on you man, it's a pretty good logo, but you should try to make a consistent use of spacing throughout your design and make sure that all visual elements support the central aesthetic. As far as I can see you are using the complementary color relation to draw visual interest. Is there some way you can use that to lead the viewer's eye across your entire logo?

Overall very nice design, simple and effective. However I agree with'Mctavish' and think it would be nicer if there were little bursts of the electric shock instead of looping continuously. Good job

I like it too, but I have to agree with some of the other posts. The lightning is a bit too much. Slow it down a little, remove some. Other than that, I like~
