How to know a WP theme is SEO Friendly

Well, when I choose any theme from WP I'm not able to understand which this is seo friendly.

Is there any way to know it?

What I guess is if the sidebar is in right side then it is good from SEO as search engine reads content from the left site.

Is there any more point to consider?

    in which less number of h1 , h2 and h3 tags are user.
    and you select font size minimum 8px.
    and looks feel better for user.

      I would say that a theme is SEO-friendly if..
      - navigation menus are properly coded (using a list i.e. <ul><li></li></ul>). there should be a title attribute for each menu link
      - there is only one h1 tag in each template
      - proper heading tags are used for sidebar titles if there are any
      - there are alt tags in images
      - loads fast
