Landing page help !

WEB DESIGN

Hey everyone, I am wanting to know how to create those long, narrow landing pages for ebook sales. You see them, just going on about the book, showing testimonials and giving every last detail not giving away the information. I just need help with the construction, I want it to look like this...

Basicly just the background that stays still while scrolling, and long narrow background where the text goes. If anyone can help me out, maybe show me a nice tutorial somewhere, it would help me so much

Hi,

You mean , you want to know how to make Still Background....
if YES, here it is how you can implement it using CSS

In your html page in head section i mean <head> and </head> tags
post this code
Code:

<style type="text/css">  </style>
And Make sure you have your background named as bg.jpg and uploaded it
to your main folder where your index.html file is located...

In your html have something like
<body>
<div id="content">
content
</div>
</body

And then have css file with something like:

#content{width: 60%; margin: auto}
