How to remove Site Title from Google index?

Hi,

I use for my website wordpress.

My problem is when I post any topic in my website example "Google adsense tips".

This topic index by Google and Google show title Like "Google adsense tips | link building guide"





Now I want to remove "link building guide" from Google title.

How to remove Site Title from Google index?

    Install a plugin like All in One SEO and manually fill in the title for each post. If you write a post entitled "Google Adsense Tips", then in the All in One SEO section (generally towards the bottom), put "Google Adsense Tips" in the title box, then fill out your description and keywords accordingly.

      Remove the Wordpress title by settings-> General->here edit or delete the title.

      Another way is that, see your theme settings and untick the check mark "append the site title"

    "append the site title" is a good way, you can always manually set each time, but when posting a ton of content it can get repetitive quick...

    I would suggest to visit seocentro.com (not mine) and check your site with their "Meta Tag Analyzer" - I love this resource

    1. Add nofollow meta tags
    2. block from robots.txt
    3. Go to Google Webmaster Tools and block your homepage

    It will take one or max 2 days from de-indexing

    Changing your site title

    From the More Actions drop-down menu, select Manage Site.
    Select the General tab.
    Enter a new site title in the box labeled "Site name."
    Click Save changes.
