looking for an WP seo plugin that can do this

I need an SEO plugin that will let me add at least 5 extra meta name fields (geo modifiiers, etc) to the home page, and use these tags for other pages by default, but will also let me modify them for some of the pages of my choosing.

Most of the plugins I found won't let me add more extra meta name fields or won't let me add/modify these tags for internal pages.

Can anyone help?

    I think your best bet is to add them to your index.php manually. I don't think many SEO plugins handle that too well.
