need more than 1 minutes to visit the site, the site loads too long.... visitors hate that...

  If it wasn't for the title in your post (Watch the World at Your DoorStep) I had no idea what your site was about when the Home page came up. The logo tells me nothing. Makes me think "what is YemTV" but not in a way that makes me want to find out. With all the screen shots of videos I thought "oh its just another YouTube type site".
  
  If it's about seeing TV programming from around the world I think that needs to come across clear and easy and right off the bat.
  
  The banner with the Logo is very boring. My eyes go to the mix mash of video shots and not the top of the page.

I agree, sorry it takes way too long to load. That would be the first thing to fix. web surfers have short attention spans lol

Your thumbnail aspect ratio is wrong. Its a square, your videos are not, so they all look squashed.

The site loads quick from my end. My review for your site you need to get a better template i see that you using wordpress. If this is your first site then well done, but there are still more improvement to do

It loads fine for me but I have a rather fast connection...
It's quite heavy though (over 2.6MB you can calculate it with a Firefox add-on called web developer) but I'm not so sure it's only about loading times, it could also be a matter of rendering time, due to all those errors you need to correct.

Your host is important but your home page remains too heavy. 2.6MB is a lot, especially for people who don't have a very high-speed Internet connection. You need to get it under 1MB ideally (I find it hard to get any lighter than that nowadays).

Documents (32 files) 671 Kb (742 Kb without compression)
Images (54 files) 232 Kb
Objects (0 files)
Scripts (38 files) 535 Kb (1341 Kb without compression)
CSS (13 files) 87 Kb (349 Kb without compression)
Total 1525 Kb (2665 Kb without compression)

Now you should know where to look. Obviously you've got a lot of scripts in there, are they all required?

In my opinion, Your site is not looking perfect to me.
It's looking too simple and this template is not better for your site.
I think you should change the template into something gorgeous.
It'll make your site more popular and help to get good traffic.
