uploading flash

I have a site right now with a basic gallery type link on it. I have decided to update that page from a standard fancybox page to this one i designed using the parrallax template. When I am in adobe flash all the images open up to new images correctly. I have published all of the fla. files and put the new swa. files in the same location. Now in Dreamweaver I have inserted the main swf file and it works on there. But, when i rollover and image and click it in dreamweaver i get nothing. And when I upload all of the swf files onto the serve it does the same thing. The main scrolling flash file is there but when clicking on the links to pop up images or a site link it doesnt work. Thoughts?
