Can this be true? Our website has 3080 css validation errors? 592 html errors?

What does this mean?

I'm building the site with wordpress and ran an audit on it, and its saying I have all these errors with the code.

It says 75% of our pages have html errors and warnings, and 70% have css errors and warnings.

How is this even happening does anyone know? Will this effect the way our site ranks?

This is our site:
http://www.allcountywaterproofing.com/

ALL I AM DOING is using wordpress to build the site. I thought wordpress knew how to code things the right way, but seeing all these errors, I don't even understand WHAT is causing them or how to begin addressing them.

Do I need to dump thousands for a hard core coder to come in and fix all these problems?

I only noticed one issue with the site which is if you stay on the home page longer than 15-20 minutes it locks up and you need to ctrl/alt/delete just to shutdown the page and get out of it.

I'm getting the impression from all these errors that wordpress is not good to use? Or is it the manner I'm using wordpress?

I just have no idea what is even causing these problems maybe its the plugins doing it?

Any advice I can get on this I'd really appreciate, thanks guys. - Red

Actually you only have 42 Errors, 12 warnings. Where did you get all those information from?

    Actually, it does.
Try an empty WP with the default theme - and most likely it will have zero errors.

Most errors in WP appear because of:
    - wrongly coded themes (not too often)
    - plugins inserting all kind of staff into the output HTML
    - ignorant users

Not really. A common characteristic of "not valid" web pages is the fact that ONE mistake/error at the beginning can cause zillions more... When the initial error is corrected - suddenly 30 more disappear
You just need to know which one is causing the 'avalanche' of errors...

I would make the conclusion of WP not being good to use... and I didn't take a closer look to be able to tell you whether it was your or not. (Could be...)

As it was posted above: you have way less than you posted (forget the CSS for now).
Go back to the validation results > check the "show source" box and click > Revalidate.

Every line # with error will become a link that jumps to the line in the source code where you need to make some correction. It is way easier to figure out whether it was:
    - a theme
    - your post
    - plugin(s)
    - ...
