Amazon s3 question

So I'm working on setting up an S3 Account with Amazon to host videos. I'm building the videos in Camtasia and my usual setting for Youtube are giving me odd results. I usually set my dimensions to 640 X 480but this seems to be giving me a thumbnail sized video so I'm wondering what other people use for their settings I'm using the custom settings not one of the pre defined options.

    Hmmmm....640x480 isn't very big. I would go for 1280x720 at 1.8 Mbs. That is a good balance of quality versus file size.
