Need help about wordpress site

I have client site. Some I update blog in wordpress post. But recently I saw after post content in this page when I click update button it brings google friend feed then redirect another image. But url not changed.
I have attached 1 image. When I click update button it brings image-1 then comes another image.
Do you have any suggestion in this regards?

    What type of wordpress site are you using??? Is it a self hosted or is it a hosted on wordpress??? It depends on it.
