WP Support Desk Software/Plug In

Hi All,
I'm looking for a support desk software/plug in for my websites - WP. I would like the software to do the following:
  • Customers be able to select the specific product (from a list of products) they require support for.
  • Multiple end user access (so more than myself can log into the support desk and respond to any support tickets.
  • Customers be able to upload a file i.e. Word file via the support desk
  • Customers able to priorities whether the support they're requiring is urgent or otherwise.
  • Customers automatically receive notification with a number that their support ticket has been received.
  • ? Customers logging into access the support desk.
  • Am able to have a FAQs section to support customers obtain immediate answers to the queries rather than having to submit a ticket.
Could anyone please point me in the right direction for relevant software that will do the above please? Would gratly appreciate this.

    What you need is probably something like an e-commerce plugin But your site need to integrate with something like a WHMCS to be functional.

    Your best bet would be to setup a support forum, i recommend BBPress. The functions and code is relatively easy to understand. If you are going to sell products on your site look up s2Member, this can handle your payments and membership types.

    With a few tweaks to the bbpress you can extend the plugin further for your requirements.
