Can Someone Recommend A WP Theme That Does This...?

I'm in the early planning stages for a site where:
  1. Paid memberships will be available
  2. Current members will be able to upload their work (probably graphics illustrating it,) and offer it for sale two ways: (i) without ownership rights. i.e the member can sell multiple times. (ii) a complete sale with full rights. i.e the item sells once only.
  3. I promote the website as a showcase for their work and make money from the monthly memberships and a small percentage from each sale.
Can anyone suggest/recommend a Wordpress theme, or plugin(s), with which I could achieve this (or something close.)

I own Profits Theme, which I bought when it was offered on special, but I've never used it.

I'd really appreciate some feedback.

    Hi Anne,

    You will probably need a some plugins to achieve this it's not about the theme.

    One possible solution is to use WordPress MultiSite and get a plugin like Marketpress that gives you the ability to offer shops to uour members so they can sell their products. WordPress MarketPress Plugin - WPMU Dev

    You can't find a theme to do exactly what you want but with an ecommerce plugin, some paypal integration and basic html,css and php knowledge you can do it.
    Some plugins that maybe will help you if you already know wordpress:
    For membership and paypal: s2member
    Ecommerce: Wordpress ecommerce
    Custom Fields: Advanced Custom Fields
    To upload graphics: NextGen Gallery

    With these and maybe others (depending on how exactly to you want your website to work) I think you can be able to make an website like that but like I said you need to know some programming.Good luck!

      Thanks very much steliodj and copilu0. You've now given me something to research.

      I was thinking the Profits Theme might have been a good basis to build upon because it already has a built in membership platform, but I'll certainly start researching your suggestions today.

    itsnot about the template annie, you will need to add some plugins for this
    for example paid membership there is a plugin for this

    Like the others above me have said, no theme is going to include all of this. For the paid membership part a plugin will have to be used. S2 members is a plugin that alot of people have used and it seems to work great.

    I agree with steliodj. You need to search a good plugin as there are too many plugins in word press for any purpose just neeed to find out the right one. :-)

      I did mention either a theme or plugin(s) in the OP because I know there are themes which go part of the way such as the one I have (Profits Theme,) and others, but clearly it's only going to work with plugins.

    ya you will need some wp plugins and an expert from odesk(dot)com . If you are really serious about your website then hire a website expert from odesk

      I am interested in word press. If i purchase premium theme is it one tome payment? Can I have several domains with that premium theme? Can I make my free theme I already have to become premium after purchasing? Thanks.
