Optimizepress Problem

Hey everybody,

I'm hoping someone could help me out as my brain is a bit stumped.

Before I go any further, let it be noted that I have filed a support ticket with Optimizepress system...but they have not been helpful in fixing my problem, so I am coming here.

Last Saturday morning I arose to do some work on a couple of my sites that use Optimizepress as the theme. I've been using them for the past few weeks with no issues.

If you're familiar with OP, you know that below each page are the options for the Squeeze Pages, Sales Pages, SEO, Membership options, etc. They all have a little headline with the + to expand them.

Well, the Squeeze page options work, but none of the other options do. I click, nothing happens.

I've tried the ol' standby of deactivating plugins, but to no avail. I even deleted a couple (there were only 4 plugins to begin with) to see if that would cause it...nope. I tried deactivating, deleting and re-installing the theme, nope that didn't work either.

Has anyone else had this issue before? Would any of you wonderful webmasters be willing to take a peek and see what needs to be done?

Thanks!

ed

I'm sorry I can't help you with your particular problem but i just wanted to say that, although everybody raves about it, I've found OP difficult to use and not very flexible. I much prefer FlexSqueeze. It'll cost u another $100 but I use it all the time (on about 50 sites) and I love it.

Thank you for the reply. The issue was fixed, but I will definitely look into Flexx.
