Splash Page In Wordpress and Point to from Facebook

I have a wordpress.org site and also have a facebook page for this site. I want to create a squeeze page on facebook but understand I need to point to it from facebook to my site that holds the squeeze page.
Firstly I bought the package from squeezepages.com only to discover they potentially do not work with Wordpress (their words not mine) although I stand to be corrected. Is there another much simpler way to set up a squeeze page on my Wordpress site and point to it from Facebook?
What Wordpress plug-ins are best for squeezepages? I see quite a lot of different ones and am confused what one would be best?
