Just a little thing lose the pop up nothing more annoying in my mind. I am not a guy to review you site but it looks great. I will leave the rest to the Pros good luck!

I agree with this. You should close popup.
but the generally design is awesome!

I suggest that the top menu should fill more spacing between menu is better.

Your blog is good and color combination is looking good but you should add more contents to your blog so you can attract visitors and can get more traffic.

I feel like the top banner with your logo is a little wordy - can you try and make it catchier to something like "Live and Work Anywhere!" ?

Also dial down the use of too much colour - it's a bit ovrwhelming on the eyes :O

Also, the articles look interesting but the titles need to be a more compelling - have a look at this to get some ideas:

The site looks great, I love the color combos.

You may consider toning down the yellow background color because it can draw focus away from your content.

Also the pop-up is slightly annoying, but I understand why you have it
