Digital Marketplace Script

you can use photostore script from cmsaccount.com or ktools.net
basically it's what you want to start a digital download marketplace
people can join to just buy or sell as well
you can use any file format as products
but the only thing is they are both for photostock store
so you have to modify to suit your need

I have photostore from cmsaccount.com, but it's hard to change the design like I want
for ktools.net the price is high enough to make the modification even the pain cost

but as far as I try... I am sure these 2 script are the most suited for any digital marketplace
they both have the deposit/credit-based system which are very good to run the business if you want to reduce or even eliminate the necessary of any money refund
so you can always keep the customer money without much care with your refund guarantee
just like big-boys games... they only refund the money into the system to buy another product, which mean you as the admin always keep the money

I like ktools.net as I can also change the language to my own local language
but I have problem to re-design the site theme to the one I want
it really costs a hell...!!!
so I stop using it... for that reason!

Wordpress may be a good choice but not sure with the security for the product download area... and must play with a lot of plugins.
