Need Wordpress Theme Similar to this site

Hello,

I want to develop a website that is similar in functionality and appearance to this website: greenhornconnect.com
I know most wordpress themes have this same layout, so what is the most important for me is that the website have the following functions:

Similar page layout
-Two columns 1) Blog Posts 2) List of Calendar Events
-Side column for additional advertisements

Viewable Calendar
-Additional page for a calendar where I can continously populate with events

Very important, Forum Integration
-I am not sure if wordpress is able to integrate a forum with the user database that I want to create.
-So I want to be able to save user content and posts

I am new to this, so I would appreciate if someone who is experienced with themes could send me similar themes that I can use to customize. Thanks again everyone.

    I would go with TwentyEleven theme, once you replace the header image and do some further tweaking, it's almost impossible to tell it's twentyEleven, the price is right, free, and it has features that are comparable to or better than many premium themes.

    I would not recommend any forum integration with Wordpress.

    Wordpress and forum software are both extremely complex and the possibility for conflict is quite high. Wordpress is constantly evolving, and anything integrated with it can be broken when Wordpress updates.

    yoursite.com for wordpress and forum.yoursite.com for the forum.

    I would recommend MyBB for your forum.

    You need features that are not part of regular WP themes. Look for a theme that meets your requirement at some theme store such as ThemeForest or hire a WP developer.

    PS: Your sample site does not use WordPress.
