Check out the google code for the html5 shiv. What it does is register those new tags (<article>, <section>, etc) via javacript for those older browsers that do not support html5.

    - don't use html5 w/out it!

      html5shiv - HTML5 IE enabling script - Google Project Hosting - don't use html5 w/out it!
Cool script! I didn't know about that one.

@ OP... you can see which HTML5 elements are supported in each browser here.

Yeah it's very cool; l've added it to my boilerplate html document ever since some of the cooler html5 features started to catch my attention.

HTML5 is new version of HTML. So Browsers are not supporting some tags for it. Within some times browsers will solve this problem.

Reading through the original post it's hard to pinpoint the exact problem the op is having because we don't have enough to go on but since he hasn't posted back, I guess, he's happy with the outcome.

I'm using Chrome, and it seems to work great. No issues here, Google's always ahead of the game.

HTML5 isn't the solution for every problem. Its additional features are compelling and will help make Web apps formidable competitors for native apps, but security issues, limitations of local data storage, synchonization challenges, and politics should have us all scaling back our expectations for the spec.

I prefer Maxthon and the second best performing browser is Google Chrome. It has certainly a better interface than Internet Explorer and now it will have better performance than any other browser if you are browsing HTML5 based websites.
