What wp theme or any platform that could handle this.

Greetings Warriors!

My request for help might appear to much but please consider me.

Is there a WP theme or any platform that I could have my own specific location where I can post jobs, but more importantly make it easy for others to leave contact information who are looking for jobs.

That way when a job comes up, we have endless resources of qualified personelle on file.

We can then sell these leads to my competition who is looking for qualified, ticketed, or experienced help.

I have done some research and I have found these sites:

kijiji.ca (there is a place to post resumes)
Job Search Canada | one search. all jobs. Indeed

Is there a wp theme that could appear quite similar to this, Job Search Canada | one search. all jobs. Indeed , even not 100 percent similar.

Also we need a "reply here" field when someone comes to our page and wants to leave a message and attach resume.

Different contractors can post their jobs on a cpc fashion.

All ideas and suggestions are welcome my fellow Warriors.

Your help will be very much appreciated.
