Want to learn designing Wordpress site? Please guide me

Hy, I want to learn design sites on Wordpress platform. I know bit html and css from w3school. But I don't know where and how I will put them. I bough genesis framwork and customized my site. please take a look www. earnbyblog . com. But I want to learn

  • How and where to start.
  • Oh and which software I should use to design sites. Adobe Dreamweaver?

    vtc.com is a good place and also you might try lynda.com these are both good places to start. And of course there is Youtube. I see from your post that you don't even know enough to know what questions to ask so my first suggestion is to start with these two sites at least until you begin to know enough to know w hat to ask or what to Google or search for.

    I have come across several online tutorial sites where you may learn about designing WordPress sites from Genesis Framework. Genesis Framework Tutorials is one of the better ones I came across. I would really appreciate it if my fellow designers can inform me whether this is a good site or not as per their experiences.
