Elegant Themes causing 404 errors, help?

Hi guys,

So, a few days ago I got a notification that my website had been using up too much cpu on Hostgator and my website had been locked. I contacted them stating that I think it may have been the theme/plugin, they allowed me access for a time to change it. I changed theme from The Professional to Nimble and the problem still persists. They have checked and they know it isn't a plugin, and it is a theme problem. Now this version of Nimble was a fresh download, that I hadn't tampered with. What could it possibly be? Has anyone else had problems like this?

    Believe me, rather then wasting time asking people about this technical error in forums, you must directly ask hostgator or elegant themes about the theme which is causing this CPU overheat problem. I think they will tell you the solution too.

    Use a caching plugin, which would reduce the load on your CPU (as I am assuming you are on a shared server)
