How to make website more interactive ?

Hello Warriors..

I am asking this question because i have a website which i am looking forward to develop it and make it more interactive...

Some of the ideas i have implemented is..

Adding a Forum
A News Section for the updates.
A Blog.
A Dual Support System via Email and skype.
I have also integrated a twitter widget.

You guys have any ideas to make things better ?..

All opinions are very much appreciated ..

    Yeah..

    I have also added a Subscription Box to Receive Our Newsletters...

    And Yeah Currently we have provided with a Introductory Video on the Homepage...

      Instead of just a Twitter widget... put up a social bookmarking bar (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, MySpace, YouTube, etc).

      You can also do surveys, polls, contests, etc.

        Yeah Mr.Brandon i have also added a AddThis sharing button on the top of each page...

        The most important thing i am looking out for is some reviews...

    Consider doing a weekly Q&A with your subscribers. It will engage your subscribers, and make them feel "part of something"
