Looking for a Gallery / Image Browser / Slideshow Plugin for WP

Hey gang,

Having a hell of a time trying to find the right plugin.

I have a Wordpress Blog that is a News type site and I want to post the type of Galleries that you would see on News Blogs, not Galleries as in "Here are all the pretty photos I took".

A plugin where you need to Click Next to see the next image which loads a new page and a chance to show more Ads.

For Example, something like this:

I've tried NextGen Galleries and many others but I can't get them to the simple state of the above article. These plugins either want to do a lightbox pop-up or start from a bunch of thumbnails that you need to click on first.

It seems so obvious yet so illusive that I assume I'm not using the correct language in searching for this "gallery" plugin.

This is a feature I've seen on sites for over a decade...any ideas?

Those are really cool, but I'm just looking for a gallery where you would have "Top 10 places to live" for example and click through a gallery, each page being a city that looked like an article with a caption, image and next and back arrows. You click on the arrow and next page loads. You've probably all browsed through one before on a News site or something.

Hi! I'm looking for exactly the same thing and I see you didn't get an answer. Any chance you figured it out? I started making new pages per slide but it's just too much work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
