Hello. I have a simple question that hopefully someone can asnwer. I have a free wordpress autoresponder installed in my website and for some reason it automaticall sends out an email of every new post I make. As I update the blog daily, I do not want this many emails going out.

I have been through every part of the settings and options that I can find but can not find a way to shut this feature off. Can someone help me please?

I suggest you switch to another plugin.

Step 1) Go to Newsletters / Subscription Forms and edit the relevant subscription form. In the 'Blog Subscription' field (where it says "Select what content should follow-up a successful subscription.") select the value 'None', then click on the 'Create Form and Get Code' button.

Step 2) If you originally placed the form by copying and pasting the html code, then overwrite that using the new code that you just generated.

    Good luck!

This sounds like a 'post sender plugin' rather than an Autoresponder.
