Website Re-Design Help!
Hello,
We are just about to go live with the re-design of our website and I wanted to ask the Warrior's if you believe we have missed anything out.
Our existing website has been around since 2004 and is .php however we have designed a new website on wordpress. We have tried to keep every URL as similar as possible and obviously will be pointing 301's to everything to make google aware.
On-Page optimization is far greater on this site, making sure we have alt tags on all the images which are relevant to the page they are located on, Meta Tag's have been created on every page as well.
We have increased the site's size rather dramatically which we are hoping will be positive for our rankings however we have kept good site structure.
Got the usual robots.txt and sitemap's.
Do you think there is anything we have potentially missed out that could affect the change over with our rankings dropping?
