I am not technical at all but know bit of WordPress so my question is " how can i build this type of forum without much technical knowledge and expertise, also if any of you know any easier way to do this then please let me know.

Many thanks in advance!!

Get yourself a domain, purchase some hosting, buy a forum software off-the-shelf piece most likely if you have no expertise - plus its simple, easy and quick. Install the forum onto your domain using the hosting account. Design the looks, logo and color schemes for the forum. Sort out which areas you wish to involve in terms of sub-forums. Launch the forum. Market the Forum, and then moderate it for then on in to warn off spam and rubbish.

Its a lot of work to setup and run a forum btw.

Forums have an extremely high failure rate. As mentioned already they are a lot of work. You will need at least one other person because the spam starts showing up about every 10 minutes.

Here is a poll among forum owners about the best free forum software. MyBB won by a very large margin. Vote for the Best Forum Software of 2012 | Forum Software Reviews

It's probably best to start out with free. If the forum does take off and you want to upgrade, the paid forums can import everything from most of the free forums. You don't lose anything that way.

There are detailed instructions for downloading and installing the free softwares, and there are very good support forums for any problems you run into.

    It will be interesting

Purchase a hosting account that SMF and log in to your cpanel and install it. I can help you to do that free of charge.
