Hey I've been looking for a wordpress theme like the on at this website:

Things I like in this theme that I want on my website:
The most important more is having the opt in area and having a content area below that, blog posts below this and having an editable sidebar.
Does anyone know of another theme like this which has the same elements? Paid or free is good.
