CODING QUESTION FOR WORDPRESS, IF POSSIBLE !
Hello Everyone One On Warrior Forum, 
I would love to figure out how to add a drop down box that appears on click, I can't seem to find the code, or think of what that would be called..
Any feedback or help would be very much appreciated..

P.s I took 2 screen shots.. The top screen shot is with out reply box under post..
The bottom screen shot is how it looks after clicking reply button..
