Do you know a some plugin of youtube user can put the youtube url and after send that video to site. I didn't find like that.

  I have used Smart YouTube Pro (free), and I like the settings and control of it.
  I tried several other (free) plugins and I didn't get the same results.
  Also is very SEO friendly code.

  If you need people to upload/ distribute videos, I suggest Fiverr.com.

  I think you need to use simple wordpress built-in feature... like you will get people to submit articles to your blog... same for videos.
  
  1. Let them register.
  2. After register and logged in..
  3. They click Post New..
  4. in the post they simply post the Youtube URL..
  and title and that is it...
  
  5. You approve that post, wordpress will simply take care of that youtube url,
  no embed or code needed... any youtube url will automatically be converted into viewable
  video, the way Warrior Forum handles...

To add a Youtube video to a WP post or page, simply insert the URL. Simple.

There are plugins that give you more control as to how the youtube video is displayed if required.
