Are you asking how to move a WordPress site between servers?

It's pretty simple, but before I type out all the steps I want to confirm that this is indeed your question.

You said that you "used wordpress thru my hosting provider".
That would mean that your site is already "on the web".

Can you be more specific on how and where you created your site? Did you use wordpress free hosting? Did you use ftp to upload wordpress?

What to do next is heading to your Hosting Provider (AnimalRack.Com), and ask them for help with your issue.

There is no wonder that you are in the wrong direction. I might predict that you upload your Wordpress through File Manager, Fantastico, or Softaculous. Therefore, you maybe set it up in the wrong directory of your domain. For example: www\ or html_public\ OR www\directory or html_public\directory.

Since you give a very blindness question, the best solution is the support from your Hosting Provider! OR you might give more details!

    Thanks!

Here's a basic tutorial on installing wordpress on your server.

And here you can find very detailed instructions for all installing related questions.
    Installing WordPress « WordPress Codex

Sadly your description is too vague to even begin guessing where the problem might be, so I'd start out with these Tutorials.

I see now! As I already mentioned above, you are setting up in the wrong directory!

Because you installed WordPress in the WRONG directory: instead installing it in the "root" directory (where you see now the 'index...') - you installed it in a directory called "wp".

Just click on it and you will see your site: Home page for Floods be gone

Certain parts of this tutorial could be useful to fix the issue: Giving WordPress Its Own Directory « WordPress Codex
