Optimize Press - A Quick Question!

I'm really debating whether I want to buy OP or not.

Is it possible to intergrate Optimize press with another theme? I know someone is my niche uses a SimpleShopper theme and uses OP as landing pages.

The thing is on the OP site is sayes OP will override any current theme in place but this person still uses OP for landing pages.

For example,
their site www.xyx.com <--- is one theme but they'll send people to a landing page www.xyz.com/freebies <--- which is obviously an optimize press landing page.

Maybe not. Idk I guess that's why I'm asking haha. If this is possible how do they do this?

  I read that also but from the looks of it, the new version will have a much steeper pricetag and be much different.
  
  This is something I need now because I'd like to have a better plateform and more professional look now rather than later.

Yes, you can use OP with another theme. Just install it into a subdirectory. For ex: your main site is www.mysite.com and then www.mysite.com/landingpage would be your OP landing page. Install Wordpress into that subcategory and you're good to go.

Hey, thanks a lot for replying. I'm a bit confused on that. Would you mind going in a bit more detail or point me to a tutorial of some sort.

Do you do all of this in your ftp server?

I would try and find it myself but I don't really have a clue what Im searching for. I just know what I'd like to do with it.
