Is There Any CMS management Plugin for wp?

Hi Warriors:

I'm looking for a strong content management plugin for wordpress. I want to allow people to register but do not want them to land the wp dashboard. Is there any plugin in the market that changes the wp login page and dashboard and that also allows them to register and login through social medias.

I would appreciate your suggestions and tips.

    For Social Login/Registration, I can't see any good plugin for now. Yet, this plugin from Codecanyon seems implement the social authentification.
