It's a good start.
You might want the photos next to your blog posts to be the right size. They're getting squished or stretched, and they're a little grainy.

Im having an issue with the green in the side column. It is a bit hard to read. Also, likes someone else mentioned, perhaps work on the logo size and/or header, that big white area makes it all look un-balanced.

Also on the logo, the, "Weight no more help is here" part. Perhaps add more space between more and help. Some may get thrown off reading it.

Off to a good start though.

Also on a side note, on your about me page, be sure to re-check your grammar and punctuation. Some people may not take it as serious.

You need a space after period before starting a sentence and a typo on i'm I.

Just wanted to point it out to you, so your sure to fully fine tune your new website.

Make the logo a little bit smaller, as it is chugging down a huge bit of the header. Improve the caption of the logo as well.
Improve the design by adding a little bit of "life" in it. Right now, it's quite dull with the white-green-brown motif of it. Maybe add a nice complementary background that would go along with the said motif. Use a darker shade of green, if possible.
The content. I would suggest proofreading it, use proper punctuations, add spaces in between periods and the first letter of the next sentence, and make it look more 'professional' by correcting the grammar and use the right kind of words that the visitors will find appealing.
Lastly, the testimonials. No offense meant, but are they really genuine? Just wondering. It gives me the idea that these testimonials aren't real. Why? The way you wrote your content (grammar, writing style, use of punctuation) is very much similar to the way the testimonials are written/said.

Nonetheless, I like how you used the font.

Blog is pretty cool. Image combination is quiet superb.

Not an issue but not impressive. Although navigation is very clear, but is it brand-able and able to be iconic? One thing also I am getting it is just meant for putting ads than anything else.

is good one. but i suggest you make your font in 12px size. and also, you might use a header in top other than using logo in the left...

On first glance this is what I get:

1. You need to fix the punctuation in your logo to "Weight no more,[comma]help is here." Right away I think to myself this website isn't qualified in anything as the main logo for the site isn't even of quality. I mean it is a great, flashy, attention getting logo, but the line underneath kills it.

2. You have a lot of content which is good. Kudos here.

3. It seems to be your average run of the mill blog. Which I mean in a good way. At least you understand that content is king with blogs.

4. You have properly monetized the site, and the ads aren't invasive which is good.

5. This is the kicker. The green is killing you. Green is the psychological color of relaxation. When people come to your blog they will be most likely looking for a weight loss solution or dieting advice, etc. This is what will drive them and motivate them into clicking your ads for products and services. This is just my personal theory but a relaxing color would actually negate that action somewhat. If they are worked up about their weight, and then you provide them with a place to read up and so on, but the whole time the only visual stimuli is white and green, green will take over and relax them. This relaxation just may bring them to a point where their weight isn't such a big deal and they will move on. Again, this is just my own theory but it can be backed up and I think it seems logical.

It looks okay but not that great. The header is too big, make it smaller, also a lot of negative space, might want to add more color in the background but not too much though as you would like to avoid having a busy background that it takes away attention from your articles. good start.
