Can anyone point me in the direction of a good ebook or any printed instructions on how to upload a HTML template to a server.

Would appreciate your help.

If you have cpanel hosting, the easiest way to upload a template is to use the file manager that comes included with cpanel hosting. Here's a video I found that may be of help:

Best to use Filezilla FTP. It's free. Lots of videos on Youtube how to use it!

Filezilla! Seriously, once you get the hang of it you'll upload anything as fast as Filezilla is able to upload. It's super simple, just make sure to upload to your root folder! (the / directory)
