Hey!

I'm currently building my business as an affiliate marketer and product creator. I'd love to have a blog AND squeeze page/OTO etc. on the same domain

For example
Blog - mydomain.com
Squeeze page - mydomain.com/squeeze1

Or in reversed.

I haven't decided yet, wheter to buy Optimize Press or use pure HTML.Either way - I would like to know how to create a BLANK page with wordpress, where I can add my code.

What I mean by blank is - no header, sidebar or footer and obviously no theme. Just white space.

I would really appreciate if somebody could point me in the right direction
Thank you!

Andrey

    Hello Andrey ,

You can create it easily as given below.

create your php file, put it into the theme file your currently running on your site and place this code inside inside

<?php /* Template Name: Blank Page */ ?> upload this php file to your theme directory.

then go to create new page on the dashboard and under template pick the blank page option instead of default template and name the page.

hope this will solve your problem.

    Thanks Preeti!

For some reason, though, any code I put in doesn't show :/
I double checked all the code (even used w3 samples) but nothing works - it actually STAYS blank.

You have to change the coding in the page.php file and then save it as a new page template. The page shouldn't remain blank.

You can use css and set the elements to display:none and remove header, footer, sidebars, etc.
