    There are two good plugins available free. You can search for website backup to google drive and other one is website backup to dropbox.

    Very good and very free:
    - using phpMyadmin > backup your database
    - using FTP > backup your files

    It is also compatible with any version of WordPress and works on any hosting provider.

    Backupbuddy wins hands down, its not free but you get what you pay for it does exactly what it says on the tin.

    I use BackUpWordPress plugin, but it's good if you have a good hosting provider that runs a regular backup of your website.
