Hello,

I am looking for a free wordpress theme that is good for an offline small business. I dont want it to be a blog look. I want a website look to it. Any suggestions?

Hi Anna,

It's not quite free, but I've found that Theme Forest (Premium WordPress Themes, Web Templates, Mobile Themes | ThemeForest) has the best selection of WordPress themes for the lowest cost. Most of them are $35. I know you asked for free, but the support you get when purchasing a theme, and the options available, make it a drop in the bucket if you are offering services to businesses. You'll more than make up the cost in the professionalism a paid theme will provide over a free one.

I dont use free themes any more soo not much help but for value for money I love the Genesis framework...

  I agree about free themes. Theme Forest carries "Shepard" and it is about $35. It has good support and is responsive. I recently used it and it is amazing. Easy color selections through the theme options. Plus, with it being responsive, having so much updated through the theme options saves programming time and frustration. Try the free themes from WooThemes.
If you don't like them then buy a cheap theme from ThemeForest like others said.

you could also sign up for wso alerts in WarriorPlus for a "wp theme for small business" or "wp themes" as a keyword alerts and get for dirt cheap before they go up in price to the public ( if you haven't already).

The WordPress.org hosted and developed themes as is or a child theme based on them are in my opinion the best basis for developing a website for any niche. Installation of a custom header image is simple and will set your site apart from the crowd.
