I saw some instruction on youtube but due to very slow connection I couldn't do that. Is there any automatic service?

I don't know of any service. In theory it is simple:

ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR CONTENT = THE DATABASE!!!

Next, delete the new WP files (except the wp-content folder) via FTP.
Upload the 'old' version of WP files.
Run the upgrade.php file - to synchronize the files and database.

To be precise, you don't really "downgrade" you just install an earlier version...

Istvan Horvath is right on... "ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR CONTENT = THE DATABASE!!!"

Need to add that the database versions typically change with major WP releases so if you get lazy and forget to backup that database, you'll have a problem.
Just swapping the pre-version folders/files will not work.

Nothing automatic. It's been talked about in the WordPress Trac but nothing yet. One day there may be.
