Wrap Around Ribbon Banner

I have a new client for whom I've just made a mobile version of his website. He has now asked me if I can recreate a ribbon banner, to match the one in the link below for his main, Wordpress site.

There are countless banner plugins for Wordpress, but he said he wants it to appear just like the example he provided, seeming to wrap around the page. Can anyone point me to what he wants?

    Well use a free plugin, and then modify the CSS to adjust its style to replicate that link.

      That's an option, but I first wanted to check if I could do it 'straight out of the box'..
