Looking For Feedback

I have another site I am working on, TheWebsiteDirectory.org, and am looking for some feedback for what I've done so far. I still have quite a bit to do, but just want to know what everyone things about where I'm headed with the color scheme, pricing, ect. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.

    I think the homepage needs to be more clear on what the website does, its goals and the benefits it provides.

      Like the above poster said, you need to make it more clear what the site is about. Maybe use the header area that is unused. I can figure tp an extent what you offer but I doubt the average joe coming by will have much of a clue(just my op).

      On the rotating images you have. Can you make them bigger? Either fill up the whole area or zoom in on them? I think pic's/screen shoots like this small and a bit blurred take away from the overall look of the site.

        Ditto the above 2 posts. Your site is very vague and the following comments are based on that ambiguity.

        It's a .org site and that extension should offer value for free or help people better their lives in some way. Somehow I get the feeling that's not the case. I say that because you're offering a way for people to make money for free ("earn income online", "SEO Backlinks" etc) and that's an odd thing for a .org site to do.

        If I'm wrong, I apologize, but that's how it appears to me. There is no law against it, but piggybacking a .com site using a .org extension, would be beyond douche imo.

    I thought the name would direct the visitors as to what the site is about, a website directory. I'll put some more information on the home page though to make it more clear.
