Concept to HTML to Wordpress OR Premium Theme

Hey guys,

A friend of mine had me look at his concept PSD files for his blog he wants to build.

He gave me the task to build this site. My question is....is there a premier wordpress theme that looks/fuctions like these concept images or

1.) Is there already a Premium Wordpress Theme that has these functions/look:

    Judging by the fact that you have tocome here to ask how to do it - get a pro.
    Or just tell him you are not able to do the job. Between friends honesty counts!

    Depending on the quality... the price can go anywhere. Not cheap for sure.

    1- It's hard to get the similar functions themes out there.

    2- You should do because you already asked this question; therefore, it seems that you couldn't complete this task.

    3- Based on the quality of the developer/designer, and the price might be no less than $500+ (this seems to be cheap for most developers). But, as different people would charge different price, it's not a cheap tasks though.

    1. You need to have a custom coded theme to convert the concept into Wordpress
    2. You should do PSD to HTML and then HTML to Wordpress
    3. Price depends on the quality of work you are seeking, high quality work need high price.
