Flex Squeeze

Ok so I am really on the fence about purchasing Flex Squeeze. I already have Optimize Press on one of my sites and it does some cool things but I think it is overpriced for $97.

I have talked to the designer and owner of Flex Squeeze several times and I am thinking about purchasing but I have a few questions and I would like a few opinions or answers. Any help is appreciated.
  1. Does anyone know of a VALID discount code for Flex Squeeze?
  2. Does anyone have experience with this theme and what is it like to work with?
  3. Can anyone show me a few sites they are using Flex Squeeze on currently?
  4. Is there another suitable theme for creating sites with a sales focus that is available? If so what is the theme?
  5. I have no clue on what Squeeze Pages, Launch Pages, WSO's or Sales Funnel Pages are, both Flex Squeeze and Optimize Press say they make them. Where do I found out what they do?
Well sorry about all the questions. I am not a newbie, just new to this forum. I should have joined 12 years ago but I was busy LOL.

    If it's just about sales pages/squeeze pages I personally prefer to do them in HTML since the performance is much better, and I do them with a CSS framework so they are also responsive.

      Thanks for the heads up. I looked at the link, it seems it is very limited and extremely cheap and cheesy. Not really for me. I use Optimize Press on a few sites now and also Flexibility 3 theme which for a free theme ROCKS. I just did not want to spend the cash on Flex Squeeze until I talked to some who use it.

    Then maybe you should learn how to use a search engine + read a lot + figure out the basics 101... BEFORE buying anything. If you have no idea what those are - you don't need them.

    You are approaching this from the wrong end... Learn the basics, figure out what you need and then start looking for a tool (theme or otherwise) that provides the features you need.

      I have been marketing products on the net since 1996 successfully. I am not like one of the "Dreamers" in these forums. I am actually successful at it, I generally will generate around $200K per year from my products that I own and I hardly even market it that much. I generate most of my sales from Word of Mouth or You Tube.

      I have a basic understanding of Squeeze Pages, Landing Pages etc. I have just never implemented them on any of my sites. I want to start creating a opt in mailing list and create affiliates so I can take my stuff to the next level this year and then sell it. I though this might be a good place to start but I have found nothing of real use in here yet. I have been approached by many claiming to offer this service or the other, only to find out they are either clueless on what they are selling or simply over promising or under delivering.

    Honestly, it is irrelevant how successful you are/were in your previous marketing efforts. Glad to hear it worked for you.

    My suggestion above was solely based on your own post that said:

    Seemingly, you've learned some stuff since then:

    Next, this is not a good place for general online marketing advice (maybe the Main Discussion forum). The webdesign forum is about offering help with concrete issues. Please, disregard the tons of 'review requests' - those are just the idiots' noise...
    If in a couple of days nobody answers a question about a specific theme - most likely the regulars around here are not familiar with it.

    Now, for having an optin page and an affiliate program that you mentioned, you don't necessarily need a WP theme (or WordPress at all). It can be done with WP, too... and a few themes would make it easier to create certain type of pages. However, customizing them always seem to be a headache for most users, that's how they end up here asking silly questions

    And it is possible to make optin pages without WP, and install affiliate scripts without WP. But beware: themes, usually, don't solve ALL the marketing related issues!

    On the other hand, if you already have a WP theme that has the desired features (creating pages in a complete funnel) - why would you need to start to learn the intricacies of another theme? Just wondering...
