Seeking Help with Wordpress Theme Change

Hi

Is there a wordpress plugin that will allow me to change my wordpress theme and edit it without changing the theme that is currently live?

I know I can put my site up for maintenance, but I do not want visitors to land on a maintenance page.

You should have development version of your website for things such as this.

or you can clone your full website
install it somewhere else, a subdomain maybe.

play with it do what you need then put it live.
