Hey Warriors I hope you're well.

I have a new customer who want's a kind of property directory set-up. She want's local landlords to come to the site & add their properties, for a price. Well 3 prices. She has 3 price points. Bronze, Silver & Gold. All charged monthly.

I have sourced this theme for the job: Locality WP Theme

The problem is I've been searching for a decent plugin to enable her to charge her customers the way she wants to. I currently have Paid Membership Pro installed but feel there may be something more suitable.

Any ideas guys?

So, you are selling websites and have no clue about coding?

    Poor world,...

You should define exactly what you need/want. Then I would maybe ask again here or on oDesk, Fiverr and the other platforms...

Hi thanks for your reply. I know a little about code but not everything. That is the beauty of wordpress.

Basically the website is a cross between a classified ad directory & a real estate site.

What I am looking for is a plugin that will enable site visitors to add their own property & pay a monthly fee with 3 price points. Bronze, Silver & Gold. Kind of thing...

Why not try something like Templatic Themes Demo which has a "Submit Property" option and does the price point calculation on the go ?

That would require quite a bit of coding, since your existing site will have to be coded such that it emulates the one I linked to.

          Figured out a solution!!

For anyone else wanting to do this for themselves or a customer. You can use the Paid Membership Pro plugin (mentioned above) then when editing the membership levels you can drop a FS contact form in the 'confirmation message' field to enable paid members to add their own content. You can then customise the input fields, emails etc..

          I hope this helps someone.

    ^^

That is a BAD solution. A makeshift solution. Not something that should ever be done on a live site.

The data is in noway secure and the admin will have to manually add it to the site which again tonnes of headache.

Thanks for your reply but what makes your theme more secure than my solution?
I could add an SSL cert to my site & encrypt sensitive pages. The theme I am using is super easy to use & makes it a breeze to add new property. All the admin would have to do is copy & paste the info emailed & upload a few images, simple.

That's exactly the problem. End users (clients) are NOT webmasters. I am not suggesting to use BV's theme, just saying that solutions requiring advanced web skills are not real solutions for end users. What you described above is not "simple"...
