First thing is to look at the code - right click on the page and click view code.

You can also save the page to your computer and view the code and graphics.

You might want to add what kind of experience you do have.

      Thanks for the reply,
I have a lot of experience programming but not for the web, and i have free time to learn everything from the design to the code. I am not sure where to start to build a website like that.

Well then just start looking at the code then - W3Schools Online Web Tutorials is also a good place to learn to code for the web.

I have a lot of experience programming but not for the web
And that experience doesn't include the use of the search engines?

Does your "programming experience" make possible to you to see code and backend from a crappy snapshot?

I like to plan things well and ask people with experience opinions, you know, programming experience.

Like Brian Tracy would say, 1 minute in planning saves ten minutes in execution.

Have a good day guys, thanks for the answers

To build a simple website like that you'll just have to know basic HTML and CSS.
If you already have programming experience I can't imagine it would be too hard to learn.

lol just buy a hosting account install a CMS. Wordpress - Drupal - Joomla....DL a template and open up photoshop and the style.css file and alter the images, colors, etc.. to suite your needs. WP, Drupal and Joola all have great developer forms to answer questions. HTML is a huge plus if you want to do any customization to the code
