I have some custom made HTML pages, and I was wondering if/how possible it is to convert those pages into WP, as i'd like to incorporate plugins into them.

If this is not possible, is it possible to make a WP plugin work on one of my HTML pages? Thanks in advance.

No knowledge of any of these. Though what I wanted to add to the html was an exit popup. I have found some script for this. Let me try that out.

You can include your html page into a wordpress page.

It is possible to convert html to wordpress. You need to know how wordpress works and a bit of php as well as html.
There are a number of sites that have tutorials and ebooks available you can google. Or hire someone here.

You'll need to know HTML/PHP for converting your own HTML to a WP theme, or pay someone else to build the theme for you.

What you are suggesting requires creating a whole wordpress website. You can then incorporate the new pages. Ultimately your new site will not look exactly like your old one. Before going down that track it makes sense to consider whether the functionality can be more easily added to your current site, and if not, consider if it is worth redesigning your whole site for that functionality.

You have already found that there are scripts for exit popup, which can be added to an html site. Scripts for other functionality can be found, created or adapted. How have you gone with the pop-up script?
